Our firm specialises in business tax and corporate consultancy,  international taxation, extraordinary transactions, management control, capital operations, corporate and estate restructuring, and statutory auditing. We have also dealt with the establishment and management of trusts, along with carrying out tax and corporate consultancy for medium and large companies, mainly joint stock companies, and also multinational groups.

The Sassorossi Studio was initially founded by Dr. Rag. Angiolo Sassorossi, who specialised in international tax planning. He was one of the first chartered accountants in Tuscany, as well as the founder of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Florence and also the category National Pension Fund. It has been operating in Florence since 1932.

The office has managed to gain professional networks both nationally and internationally.

As a member of an Italian network of qualified professionals, we have actively worked along side 'Il Sole 24 Ore' as an organiser of professional updating conferences and also for specialist publications.

In addition to preparing numerous articles, we collaborated in the drafting of the following books published by Il Sole 24 Ore:

We took part in drafting the India Dossier prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development, which can be found on the Ministry's website.

On our client's behalf, we developed foreign companies. Specifically in the USA, Canada, Brazil, Spain, Hong Kong, Portugal, Ghana, Togo, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Great Britain, United Arab Emirates, Poland, France, Malta, Madeira and the Caribbean, broadening our skills into the corporate and tax law of many foreign countries.

With strong international contacts and much experience in various countries, we are advocates for the 'Passe - partout the key to new markets' project - a consultancy service that guides and accompanies businesses within this group, taking care of every aspect of the company project:

Succession Planning: ensuring a smooth succession and planning for future generations is an integral part of the long-term profitability of the family office and the family which it is connected to. These services include:

Tax and legal advice particularly has become a much more important issue for Family Offices in recent years and has therefore taken on a more important part of the functions of a Family Office. Legal issues are also important. A Family Office typically employs a legal advisor and / or a chartered accountant or even multiple accountants and tax experts.
